Samsung seakan - akan tidak mau kalah dari Nokia Lumia 920 yang sudah menggunakan OS teranyar milik Microsoft, yaitu Windows phone 8. Di bagian display, ponsel ini memiliki bentangan dimensi 137.2 x 70.5 x 8.7 mm dengan ukuran layar 4.8 inches. Layar beresolusi 720 x 1280 pixels ini menggunakan teknologi Type Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen yang memiliki pancaran 16 juta jenis warna. Untuk perlindungan layar, Samsung menambahkan Corning Gorilla Glass 2 sebagai proteksi layar dari segala bentuk goresan.
Dibagian dalam, ponsel ini memiliki procesor Dual-core Krait berkecepatan 1.5 GHz juga dengan dukungan RAM sebesar 1GB, dengan spec jeroan seperti ini, tentu Samsung Ativ S I8750 menawarkan kinerja performa yang cukup menawan.
